Erta Soyak Thermal

We loved the big, soft bath towels and the nice blanket and quilt, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked, and the restaurant was so good that after trying the chicken for dinner, we immediately ordered another one. Everyone was nice, especially the front desk lady and the girl in the restaurant, who were both helpful. The Boss also suggested some nice places to visit in Bursa. There’s a very big, old tree nearby, 610 years old. We missed the Greece night live music because we planned to leave early the next day. It was our first stay, but we’ll stay here whenever we come back. Perfect, perfect, perfect.

The rooms are nice, but everything else is problematic. The staff were helpful, especially Mr Aybek.

We came back for a second stay because the location works so well, close to the city center and Uludag, with good transportation. The workers are great and easy to communicate with, and we returned for the very good food too. The hotel feels clean, safe, and comfortable, with very high quality. I think everyone should stay here, and I hope it becomes the best hotel in Bursa one day.

The restaurant was the best part for us, the food was REALLY GOOD! The workers were very nice and helped us with lots of things. The spa and hammam felt professional and high quality. Our stay was amazing, much better than we expected. The rooms and furniture were completely new, with modern designs that were comfortable. The hotel was clean and quiet, which matters a lot to me for getting a good night’s sleep. We’re glad we picked it.
