Grand Loft Otel

The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t shut, there were used tissues on the floor, and the toilet had hair all over it. We’d booked the largest room and specifically asked to have both it and the bathroom cleaned again while we were out. When we got back, nothing had been cleaned. The air conditioner was too weak to warm such a huge room, and we spent the night cold and unable to sleep. If you want your holiday spoiled, stay here.

We barely slept, maybe four hours total across two days. The first night, noise from the next room kept us up until 5 am, so they moved us. On the second night the same thing happened, with people talking on the phone until 4 am. We finally left our room at that point. The room itself was awful too. The beds sagged, were broken and noisy, the sheets were filthy, there was no soap, no cleaning, and a terrible smell. The doors didn’t close and didn’t even feel like proper doors. The bed wasn’t a bed and the toilet wasn’t a toilet. It’s the worst hotel experience we’ve had. There’s no service to speak of. Friends, don’t come here.

I stayed for five days and found the place spotless. The cleanliness was simple but lovely, and the attention to detail and customer service deserve a sincere thank you.

I was told there was parking when I asked, then booked the largest room and found it filthy. The sheets hadn’t been changed and were covered in hair, and there was a handful of hair on the uncleaned floor. The bathroom was disgusting, its door wouldn’t close, so showering was impossible. The bed was broken and propped up with a paving stone. I also don’t see how the air conditioner is supposed to heat two rooms. I wouldn’t go there, and I’ll report it to the relevant authorities.
