We stayed from 24th to 27th December during our trip to Bursa. Berkay was especially kind and helpful. He walked us to our room when we arrived, then showed us the rooftop and its beautiful view of Bursa. We wouldn’t have known about it otherwise 😅, and that made us feel welcome. His English was very good, which made communication much easier, since not many people in Türkiye speak English fluently. The rest of the staff were nice and helpful too. The room was comfortable, though a bit small, and breakfast didn’t have a wide range of choices. Still, we had a great experience, and the staff were very friendly. I’d give Berkay five stars for his kindness and excellent service, and hope to stay here again if I visit Bursa in the future.

I spent two nights at Holiday Inn Bursa- City Center, and it was better than I expected. Staying downtown made it easy to visit the tourist spots, and Uludağ, Gemlik, and Mudanya are also close by. You can get to the mountain in 45 min. and the seaside in 30 min. Thanks for everything.

On our second day, after returning from our tour in Bursa, we found that there was no bottled water or instant coffee in the room, and the shower’s hot water wasn’t working properly. We figured out that turning on the sink tap somehow made hot water run in the shower. At checkout, the receptionist asked how our stay was. We explained the problems, and he said we should have called to report them. I understand communication helps, but I think a hotel should check basic amenities without guests having to remind them. It was only a two-day stay, so we let it go. Still, Holiday Inn in Bursa could earn a 5-star rating if it consistently followed through on its promises. Its welcome message says the smallest details make a stay more comfortable, and I agree. Those little things are part of the promise to guests. Thanks to Mr. Bracket for the car parking service.

We had a great time here. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the staff were very helpful.

The location made it easy to get to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, and the hotel still felt peaceful when we wanted to relax. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and amenities that worked well. There was even a bath cloth in the restroom, a thoughtful detail I’ve missed at other places. Staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, and check-in was quick and smooth. One evening we had tea at the hotel and expected it to be charged to our room. The next morning we found out it was offered with compliments. That generous gesture made the service feel personal. Our stay at Holiday Inn exceeded expectations. We felt comfortable, valued, and relaxed, and would gladly return and recommend it.
