Safir Termal&Spa Otel

Çekirge is a fantastic location, and getting around was easy. Our family found the thermal pool and Turkish bath area clean, relaxing, and extremely well maintained. The rooms were spotless, and we felt confident about the hygiene. Everything matched the online photos, with no surprises, and we had a very enjoyable stay. Mr. Selim was helpful whenever an issue came up, and the staff worked hard. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to families looking for a clean thermal break to unwind and relieve stress.

This is good value, with everything new and renovated, though don't arrive with high expectations. There's no large pool, just family rooms, and the rooms could be cleaner. It suits a day trip well, with sightseeing during the day and only the evening spent here. The family bathrooms are nice, and hourly rates may be an option. Breakfast is buffet style but has little variety. The hot dishes were the same on both days, and the bread was fresh on day one but stale on day two, even though a bag of fresh bread was kept in the kitchen. Did we really have to ask for fresh bread? The woman in the restaurant kept staring at us, which felt unsettling, and it was unpleasant to see the receptionist come to breakfast, take a pastry, and eat it. Those things take away from the hotel's professionalism.

We had a comfortable family stay in a recently renovated, clean hotel. The staff were kind and attentive, and we had no problems. The Turkish bath was attractive and had air conditioning. A few suggestions: the bath water is changed once a day, so it would be nicer if it were fresh and running continuously. Be sure to reserve the bath before arriving. A phone in the room and some soft breakfast music would also be welcome. Thank you.

We booked the room with a jacuzzi, and breakfast had enough choice. The hotel seems almost rebuilt. Mr. Bilgin was very attentive, and Ms. Gülşah provided excellent service. Simply perfect, and I highly recommend it.
