One room even had a piano, which was part of a wonderful experience during my 18-day stay at this charming boutique hotel in Altıparmak Arap Şükrü, Bursa. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The price was reasonable too, with a single room costing 1000 TL.

The only thing I can give credit to is the customer service, especially the guy who stayed overnight. I gave it 1 point out of respect for him. We were three children and an adult in a room they called "one plus one". The price was reasonable, but this was one of the worst places I've seen. The linens and duvet were stained and dirty, the whole hotel smelled awful, and the toilets were filthy. The radiators seemed to heat only themselves. We were freezing until morning, even in our winter clothes. Everything else was terrible. Don't go there...

The friendly staff deserve my thanks. We stayed 3 nights, were very pleased, and found the renovation beautiful. I highly recommend it.

Everything is top-notch at this fantastic place. The last time I experienced service like this was at the Voyage hotel. If you're looking for perfection, this is the place.
