We had a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, and I'd recommend the place for that. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, while the rooms felt spacious and modern, with lovely wooden details and a beautiful nature view. Everything seemed clean and welcoming as soon as we entered. The exterior design and lighting also make a strong impression. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit, local specialties, and homemade treats.

We felt like family here. The staff were cheerful, welcoming, and so helpful, and they'd bring tea or coffee without us even needing to ask. Abtullah at reception speaks many languages, which is really convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are beautiful, with views that leave me speechless. We loved staying at this palazzo and will come back next time. We'll recommend it to everyone we know.

Abdullah at reception made the stay even better. He was warm, kind, and helpful, and his suggestions for places to visit were great. The hotel was wonderful too, with service, cleanliness, and an atmosphere that all exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely return and highly recommend it.

Really good service and delicious food. The rooms were a little small, but cozy, and the hotel had everything you could need. Definitely recommended.
