Ayse made our holiday feel special. We came here about six times and every time she served us with such a big smile and positive energy. She was joyful, kind, caring, and genuinely welcoming from our first visit, with top tier service throughout. We ate here every day because the service and atmosphere were so good. Ayse made sure we felt comfortable and looked after, and helped with local recommendations and advice. We had lovely conversations with her. She's honestly one of the loveliest women we've ever met, and deserves recognition for how amazing she is at her job. Thank you, Ayse, for your kindness and incredible hospitality. We'll never forget it, and will definitely come back. We'd love to have her serve us again. Thankyou Ayse!

We arrived at 10 am this morning after having trouble communicating with a few other hammams, where availability and timeslots had also been an issue. Here, we were asked to wait in the hotel reception until the staff arrived, about 15 minutes later, and then they saw us right away. We felt so well and were very well looked after. The pool was beautiful, and we loved the massage and full hamam. All the female staff were welcoming and made sure we were happy with the service. I absolutely LOVEDDDDD the experience and hope to come back before our holiday ends! 🤍

The SPA was a nice extra for relaxing, and breakfast was varied and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff. It's an excellent spot for exploring on foot, close to the main attractions, and felt like very good value for money. A pleasant stay.

I keep coming back to stay here. It's my second home, and I love the room service and really good restaurant. A special thanks to the front desk team, fantastic guys, and my dear friend Emir, you're the best ❤️ The breakfast is very good too, thanks to the chef.

4/10
The hotel was decent overall, but not amazing, and we're quite disappointed. The shower in our room, Room 708 on the 7th floor, wasn't working properly. There was also a really unpleasant sewage smell along the entire floor, especially by our room. We told reception about both problems, but nothing was done while we were there. The hotel is acceptable, but its maintenance and responsiveness clearly fell short.
