Tabiat Bungalows

We met the owner's lovely family, and the receptionist was a great guy who speaks Arabic. The owner, employee, and worker were all 110%. They deserve seven stars.

Great for families with kids. Osama is always very helpful, and the breakfast is great. There's a little river with ducks, and greenery all around.

I was made that booking cancelled my reservation because I wanted to leave a review about my stay. The location is relaxing, and the staff were amazing and very caring about our needs. Even with the language barrier, we managed to communicate, and they recommended places to visit and things to do. The bungalow having AC was a big plus 😅 Thanks to the staff for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

An absolute nightmare and the worst place I've ever stayed. The room looked abandoned, with several broken things, and I doubt it had been cleaned. It was unbearably hot, the AC didn't work, and it leaked water onto my pillow, so I couldn't sleep. Several electrical buttons were broken too, and a child could get shocked by touching them. The cleanliness was beyond filthy. The toilet was full of water when we arrived, there were old, dirty shoes in the room, and I found hair on the towels and sheets. The toilet seat was broken and kept closing by itself, so I had to hold it up with one hand to use it. The sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. We told the reception staff, but when we spoke to the owner he just laughed and said we should have told him a day earlier. He didn't apologize for the awful room. A waste of time and money, and even one star is too much.
