The restaurant food was decent, with traditional dishes and reasonable portions, and its terrace had a lovely view. But ask about drink prices or get the menu first. They were outrageously and unjustifiably high. A few things about the stay were especially bad. The jacuzzis smelled like a swamp, and their hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. The mattresses were uncomfortable, particularly the pillows. Our room's window frames were broken, and one of the two windows wouldn't shut properly. The electrical sockets were loose in the wall and seemed dangerous. When it rained, water dripped through the restaurant ceiling onto the seating area. Maintenance was poor throughout. Check-in was chaotic, with no visible organization, and it took a long time to get settled. During our whole stay, nobody from the staff came into the rooms, not even to empty the bins. The staff seemed stressed and poorly managed, and weren't particularly welcoming. Overall, a negative experience.

The morning balloons from the terrace made for an unforgettable view. The hotel has a character of its own, and the atmosphere was beautiful and clean. The staff welcomed us warmly, and the homemade food was absolutely delicious.

Watching the balloons from the terrace in the morning was one of the best parts of my stay. The host and staff were so hospitable, and the homemade food was fantastic. It was a beautiful, clean place with its own distinctive character, and I'm very happy I stayed.

Finding the hotel on the map was easy, and there's a large parking area across the street. There's also a restaurant below the hotel for a midnight snack. The price was amazing, 10 out of 10! We spent two nights in a cottage-style room decorated with stone and cave details, plus a modern bathroom. It felt just like home and had everything we needed. The receptionist and cleaning staff were kind and friendly, and even gave us tips for exploring the area. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to.

The meals at breakfast and dinner were delicious, but we weren't satisfied with the service. We weren't given a menu showing drink prices, then got extremely high bills. Communication with the staff was poor. This is a small hotel near Goreme. Hygiene in the rooms wasn't good: bathroom drains were clogged, and some windows didn't close all the way, letting in drafts.
