The kitchen team put in a lot of effort to make good vegetarian meals for our all-vegetarian group. The management also helped when our plans changed and we faced an early checkout with no refund. They worked hard to make sure we weren't treated unfairly, and we got the full excess amount back. Our rooms were consistently clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always helpful. They also provided water and chocolates at no charge. There were plenty of nearby shops and restaurants for what we needed. This is the best hotel in all of Turkey, period.

I really liked staying here. Asya did a great job and deserves a bonus. $

The location worked really well for us, just a five minute walk from MERKEZ Prime hospital, where my daughter was staying. I was there with my two year old granddaughter Amara, and the whole team treated her like a star. The owner gave her brand new toys, and they made whatever food she wanted. We felt safe and welcome, and wished we could stay longer. Our room was spacious, spotless, and nicely furnished with everything we needed. The bedding was luxurious, and the thoughtful details made it feel like home. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was professional, genuinely friendly, and went out of their way to take care of us. The hotel was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We'll certainly come back! Senada and AMARA

The staff were really friendly, and the cook was especially accommodating. Inside, the place was spacious and clean, though the glass doors and windows could use a wash. Some basics need attention. The bedside lamp switches are broken, the kitchen exhaust doesn't work, and an exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet would be nice.

The apartment had a good sized kitchen, and the bed was comfortable and firm, though not king size. WiFi was unreliable. Breakfast wasn't fancy, but it was good, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We spent four days here. It's very central, close to shops and places to eat, and the large windows and doors let in natural light with a nice city view. Also, loved their Turkish coffee. 👍🤓🤣
