The Blue Mosque is only a few minutes away on foot, and the room was cleaned every day. It was really clean and comfortable, making for a great stay in Istanbul. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, with lovely suggestions for restaurants and places to see.

Thanks so much to Zehra, Halil and Burcu for everything. Pastel Istanbul was clean and well organized, and really stood out compared with the neighborhood. I had a great stay in its calm setting, while still being centrally located. If you need breakfast, Botamia 1928 is a few blocks away and fantastic.

We picked a great place for the holiday season. The room was lovely and had everything we needed, including clean towels, extra pillows, and extra blankets. The reception area was beautifully decorated, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. Thanks so much for everything.

The staff made us feel at home, always friendly and ready to help. Pastel is also ideally placed for exploring Sultanahmet on foot. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and stylish, with thoughtful details throughout. We’d happily stay here again, and would recommend it for a peaceful, central boutique stay in Istanbul.

The place is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and has everything we needed. It’s about a 10-minute walk to sights like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, while still feeling peaceful when we wanted to relax. The couple running it welcomed us so warmly from the start. We’d definitely return.
