The little houses sit in a quiet natural setting, with a separate barbecue area and a small pool for kids. Chickens and peacocks may keep the children interested too. The houses have everything you might need, and the owners are attentive and welcoming. It was very clean, and we got a friendly greeting. Beaches are about 10 minutes away, and everything else felt close as well.

We felt completely at home during our week here in June. The kids fed the chickens and peacocks, and we picked tomatoes and apricots from the garden and even made jam. The house, terrace, and garden were lovely. It was a peaceful place, and the owners were incredibly warm and hospitable. Thanks so much for everything. We hope to see you again.

We loved how quiet it was out in the countryside, while still being just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful bays around Çeşme and Alaçatı. The town centers are also only a short drive away. Efil gave us the peaceful farmhouse stay our family needed. The two-story brick houses each have their own garden, a private spot for breakfast or dinner, and rooms equipped with a fridge, oven, dishes, cutlery, and air conditioning. There's often a cool Çeşme breeze too. You can walk among the greenery, watch peacocks and chickens, and enjoy the calm. Benal is a cheerful, knowledgeable host who enjoys sharing what she knows. A lovely place away from the bustle, highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The garden has peacocks, and you can barbecue there too. The rooms were neat and clean, and the place felt calm, surrounded by nature. Mr. Buğra was attentive, and the owners were very friendly. I'd definitely recommend it.
