The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, but I found the stay very disappointing. Reception was unfriendly and nobody there spoke English. My key didn’t work, and when maintenance came to fix the lock at 10:12 pm, they came in with barely a knock and showed little respect for my privacy. The cleaner also kept taking the key card that powers the air conditioning, so I’d come back to a hot room. The food was poor and repetitive, served with plastic plates and cutlery. The gym was dated and had very little equipment. WiFi was weak, with no signal at the pool or beach. The service, facilities, food, and beach all fell far short of what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food was awful and barely varied. There were just two main dishes, with rice pilaf every day, and breakfast was boiled eggs. At snack time, the choices were french fries, tomato pasta, and nuggets. We tried eating there for a couple of days, but our stomachs got upset, so we went out instead. The same food appeared daily, and even the pasta was inedible. Everyone seemed to be complaining, and we ended up making friends with the other guests. The all-inclusive offer supposedly runs until 10 PM, but this was what it amounted to. The hotel bears no resemblance to the photos. The building shown doesn’t even belong to it, it’s run as a summer rental apartment. Apparently only the two blocks on the left are part of the hotel, and they’ve even separated the pool from the neighboring houses. Part of the beach supposedly belongs to them, but you can’t access it. Some reviews say, “what do you expect?” We didn’t stay for free, guys. Think about what three or four days cost. We weren’t expecting five meatballs for three lira, either, but not one person had anything good to say about the hotel.

We could only get beer and tea. We wanted gin tonic, but they had no tonic or syrups, and only brought some later. The place felt really dull, and we were bored. We hadn’t expected such a lifeless holiday in June. I’d stayed at another hotel in May, at roughly the same price, and there were activities almost every hour. The sea is absolutely unsuitable for children. It’s all rocks, so you can only get in from the pier. I’ve included photos. The room was clean and the staff were good, so I can’t complain about them, and it had a nice view. My friend and I picked this hotel because we needed just one night and most places had no rooms available. But the food was really inadequate. At an all-inclusive hotel, you expect more variety. During snack time we found potatoes that weren’t fried, nuggets, and lunch’s leftover pasta with tomato or tomato paste. We were disappointed and ate it just to fill our stomachs. The food definitely needs improvement.

The rooms were clean, but when we tried to shower in the evening, the water wouldn’t get hot. Reception checked, but couldn’t fix it, so we had to wash in cold water. It was a cooler time of year and we were cold. There was nowhere to spend the evening apart from the restaurant, which closes at 10 pm, leaving only the lobby for sitting. The beach was terrible, with little space to swim, and the pool wasn’t adequate. My wife and I stayed for one day before the Bayram (Eid) holiday. We didn’t expect much for the price, but it was still much worse than we thought. The food was mediocre and had no variety. At the snack bar, the four options included potato pasta, pre-made schnitzel, and onion rings, and none tasted good. Dinner wasn’t any better. I didn’t like the hotel at all and don’t plan to return.
