The outdoor area was a great place to sit, with lots of spots and so many cats. In the lobby we spent some time with the games and books. The beds were very comfortable, and there was a good choice at breakfast, brunch, and dinner. The pool was there, but it was too cold during our stay, so we didn't use it. We had a great view from our rooms, one looking out to the Marmara Sea and the other to the Pool. On the second night, they moved us to a room for four with a balcony. Staff were kind and answered all our questions, and transport to the hospital was very comfortable. There's a nice walking spot nearby too. From check-in, the staff were wonderful and kind, and they showed us to our rooms. This is one of the best hotels I've visited. If you're on the Asian side of Istanbul, it's well worth staying here.

It was a quiet, relaxing stay, and the staff were professional and very attentive to guests. I was on a diet, and the chef made food that worked for me. Villa 44 has a unique feel, with tidy, clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. I've traveled a lot, and this is one of my best experiences so far.

The hotel feels cozy and relaxing, and the location is great, with the beach and convenient stores nearby. At Villa No:44, the rooms are big, fully equipped, very comfortable, and super clean. The restaurant food was always fresh and delicious. The employees were friendly, professional, and attentive around the clock. They were ready to help with requests and made me feel special. It felt like everyone took good care of me and provided 5 star hotel service. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff and people here are just awesome. They offer the warm hospitality and professionalism you'd hope for in a hotel when you're far from home. It has everything I could expect. High.
