Ayaz Butik Otel

A lovely family run boutique hotel, about 350 meters from beautiful Palamutbuku beach. The owners were friendly, the hospitality was great, the place was clean, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it!

The breakfast was generous, with everything seeming freshly made or picked, and even the music was well chosen. We had a pleasant stay and I'd definitely come back. Emir or Ömer, I can't remember which, was incredibly attentive and kind, always taking care of things. He clearly loved his job and deserves appreciation. We spent one night in a room with a garden. We'd booked a sea view room, but the garden itself had no sea view, which was a little disappointing. The room was lovely, though, so it wasn't a big problem. I do think staff should use the path behind the room at breakfast instead of crossing the garden. Since it was advertised as a "private garden," it didn't feel right to have people walk through it. The curtain was open, and I was startled to see someone pass with a tray.

We stayed four days in a ground floor garden room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is good, but I don't think the place deserves its average rating. I disliked the privacy, the smell, and the breakfast. The insect problem needs attention. Every day I killed 2-3 spiders, countless mosquitoes, and 1-2 other insects in the room. We tried not to leave the mosquito net open for even a moment, but the bugs kept getting in. Because the room opens onto the garden/veranda, cleaning issues made it unpleasant to walk there, and you can see straight into the room. I'd give it 5.5/10.
