We had dinner here and a sea turtle swam past while we were eating, muttering something about “42 Wallaby Way, Sydney.” Anyway, it’s a great spot, and I highly recommend dinner here. The dock has room for three restaurant tables, so it feels almost like private dining. The food was fine, like elsewhere around here, though a bit oily unless you’re on a keto diet. One order of raki was enough for three seasoned drinkers. Lovely location and host.

The owners were kind, even across the language barrier, and it was lovely spending time with them. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Dinner was simple but really good, too. I left feeling refreshed and enjoyed every minute. They pay attention to the little details.

We really didn't want to leave. The host and hostess were so accommodating, and the setting is spectacular. Breakfast is served at the three tables on the private dock, and there's a large private veranda right above the water.

The room was cozy and clean, and breakfast was good. The meals were fine, though not the best, and you can pay by card. I also loved that kayaks are free to use, a great way to explore the shore to the left of Kayaköy. The open pier is a highlight, with dining tables under the stars and moon. I was in a room with a sunset-facing window, which was lovely in October. It might get too hot in summer, but there’s air conditioning. There were some drawbacks. Only one power socket in the room, and the shower has no partition around the WC, so water gets everywhere. Fine if you're by yourself, but awkward with four beds in the room, one double and two singles. The place is very steep, with old buildings and endless stairs, so it may not suit small children. Still, one of the best stays on my Likya Yolu hike, and highly recommended. In my opinion, this is one of the best pensions in Kakeköy.
