The room was cramped, the water was often cold, and nobody was available to help clean. We were drawn in by the free bikes, but they were junk, and my friend fell when the brakes failed. Then after we sent in our comments, we were treated like mafia. Someone called us twice from our private number and made rude remarks. So, apparently there's no way to be dissatisfied with this hotel. Keep that in mind.

The place felt stuffy and smelled bad, and the room, sheets, and toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. They'd said we'd be picked up at the pier when arriving and leaving, but when we were leaving there wasn't even one employee we could talk to. We had to insist on calling a taxi ourselves. It's far from the beach, and the sun loungers they'd said would be provided weren't there when we arrived. An indifferent, unreliable business.

We visited in May, when everything on Avsa Island was lush and green. The rain left a wonderful smell in the air, which I think is especially clean thanks to the island's oasis. The sea around the island was very clean too.

We can absolutely trust this place as a family. Bir Apart has so many services to offer, and I always recommend it to everyone. Thanks for your service, AVŞA SULTAN APART Managers.

I wouldn't recommend it at all. There was no reservation, the shower water was always cold, the bikes were broken, and the bathroom was awful 👎👎👎👎👎
