For the price, the family room was a great find, and there's a lovely kitchen for making your own breakfast and meals. It's clean and comfortable, with the feel of a boutique hotel. I researched a lot before booking, and the place is so close to the center that everything is right nearby. I'll be staying here in the years ahead without looking elsewhere. You can book with confidence.

Ms. Yeliz was especially attentive and friendly, and we really enjoyed talking with her. The rooms were spacious, clean, and smelled fresh, and the price was reasonable. Zeki Boutique Hotel is right in the center, with the beach just seconds away and everything else close by. We found it after doing plenty of research, and I'm glad we did. From now on, it's my only choice for a place to stay in Avşa.

The owner was very attentive, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and practical. Since our room didn't face the front, there wasn't much noise. There are lots of places along the shore, so rooms facing that way could be quite noisy.

My wife and I only meant to spend a few days on Avşa Island, but the hotel was so clean and magnificent that we stayed for eleven days. Ms. Yeliz welcomed us warmly and was so attentive that we felt at home. We truly appreciate her care and attention, and highly recommend the hotel. We'll definitely come back next year.
