Napa Otel

We booked a family room, but after we paid, the manager gave us a small room meant for one person. When we asked for the room we’d paid for, he refused and said we’d have to pay extra. We hadn’t checked anything about the hotel beforehand, and this was a really unfortunate start. I think the owner needs to keep an eye on the employees, since some do their jobs while others cause trouble.

I come here almost every year because it’s really clean, the location is perfect, the breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and understanding. My one room complaint is the size, and there’s no way to change that. I’m also not keen on the pricing strategy. It would be great if regular visitors got a discount.

The rooms at Napa Otel were spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean. We also enjoyed the varied, tasty breakfast. What stood out most was how well the staff looked after us from the start, sharing information and even personally guiding us through the city to the airport shuttle station. We felt so cared for and are very grateful. The location is perfect. I’d definitely recommend Napa Otel if you’re visiting Denizli.

For the price, it’s decent value as a stopover for people visiting Pamukkale. The room was small and dark, and the hallway was dark too, but it did the job. The door peephole could be removed, which felt like a major safety concern. We didn’t raise it with staff since we’d already decided to leave a day early, partly because of the peephole and the room, and partly because we finished Pamukkale sooner than expected. Fine if you just need a layover.
