We decided on a last-minute night away to visit pamukkale. The balcony had stunning views of pamukkale, and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were super simple, and the staff made us feel welcome. I'd highly recommend it.

I stayed about a week, and the rooms were clean, breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. Eren was especially sincere and gave me a good guide. He kept offering coffee, which was really nice. Thanks for everything, West Point!

You can watch the ballons flying from the pool side in the morning. The room was really clean and well equipped, and the owner even drove us in his own car to see places we didn't know. Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended 🎈🎈

The staff were so kind and helpful, and they helped us a lot. Our room was really nice and clean, and the hotel is close to all the tourist places. Highly recommend.

Really nasty place. There were fire ants in the room, the towels were dirty with snot wiped on them, and the mini fridge absolutely reeked. I'm about 60% sure the blanket hadn't been washed in over two months. Wouldn't recommend.
