The free herbal teas and water were a nice touch, and the reception staff were very gentle and polite. The hotel is new, centrally located in Altinova, and the breakfast was above average. The lobby was neat, but my room wasn't cleaned well. Though it looked nicely furnished and designed at first, I found hairs on the duvet and sheets, plus dust and dirt on the floor. The fixed showerhead on the wall couldn't be moved, which made it hard to take a comfortable shower. They really need to clean the mattresses, beds, blankets, and pillows more carefully.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. We spent a week here and would happily recommend The Nova Hotel. The rooms were clean and good, the rates felt fair, and the restaurant was a nice place to eat.

The rooms were really clean, and the breakfast and location were great. My only small gripe was that there were no slippers, though it wasn't a problem. Many thanks to Mr. Ayhan and his team. I'm pretty picky, so if I liked this hotel, that probably says enough.
