Didim Palace Hotel

We'd been a little uneasy after reading the reviews, but from check-in onward my son, my wife, and I felt right at home. Mr. Arda, Mr. Özgür, and Mrs. Şengül were so kind. This really is a family-run place, and they made it peaceful for us to enjoy our vacation. Our room, 305, was magnificent, clean and with a great view. Breakfast was excellent, and we loved the lunch too. Thanks again to the owners and all the staff! 🙏

We picked this place mainly for the price and rating, since we normally spend quite a bit more on vacations and wanted to keep this one affordable. After staying 4.5 days, I'd say it feels more like a guesthouse or teacher's guesthouse than a hotel. The location worked well. It's close enough to walk to the public beach, and other beaches are a quick drive away. There's Wi-Fi. Our room was spacious, with a big balcony, working air conditioning, and reliable hot water. The sheets and towels were clean, and staff changed them when we asked. Breakfast was good too. There were some frustrating bits. Right after I arrived, I got locked in the bathroom, and apparently other guests had run into the same thing before me. Sleeping during the day was hard: the broken fire escape door kept slamming, and the old vacuum was so loud when they cleaned empty rooms. The balcony area was quite dirty. The staff were friendly, though I could sense some tension, and I didn't feel as comfortable here as at other places I've stayed. There were no slippers, shampoo, cotton pads, or similar hotel extras, but that wasn't a major concern for me. I'd give it a 4 for value. Paying a bit more might get you a better vacation, but it's up to you.

The peaceful feel and location made our stay especially enjoyable. We had a wonderful holiday at Didim Palace Hotel, with friendly staff, spotless rooms, and meals that were clearly prepared with care. Thanks for everything. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed for three days as two adults with a child and a baby. The room was roomy and very clean, and the owners made us feel welcome. They even watched the baby while we had breakfast. We'd definitely stay here again if we visit.
