Maxeria Blue Didyma Hotel - All Inclusive

The pools were clean and heated, which mattered in April when the weather turned overcast. My son loved the water park and slides and spent hours there. We had a fantastic room too, lots of space, comfortable beds, and an unreal balcony view 😍 Housekeeping cleaned it daily and restocked the minibar. There’s a good choice of on-site places and services: shops, a hairdresser, games room, spa, and even a doctor if needed. We tried everything and got excellent service. The restaurant was lovely and the food amazing. Drinks had to be served to you, so sometimes we waited a while. The bars had a nice range and very friendly staff. Zehra especially stood out, she made the best passionfruit martinis! Starbucks being included was a nice extra, though it only opened for two hours in the morning and two in the evening. Queues could get long, especially with just one person working. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the entertainment team brought loads of fun. We had an amazing stay at Maxeria Blue Didyma and would absolutely recommend it to family and friends. We had the best time and would definitely return.

The rooms felt a bit small for two adults and two children, but the rest of the stay was great. Lovely pools that weren’t too cold, and an excellent aqua park. The food was excellent too. We had a great massage at the spa, where Annie and Speedy were very helpful. I’d highly recommend it. THANKS

The hotel was good, and the staff were really friendly, but the food was cold every time and the menu never changed. Entertainment was average. The beach was poor too, we sat down for ten minutes and got bitten badly. There’s nowhere to walk outside the hotel, so getting anywhere meant taking an expensive taxi. The area outside felt like a third world country and a bomb site. I won’t be coming back to Turkey.

The food was incredible, with lots of choice and great quality at every meal, and the private beach was beautiful and never crowded. The pool was fabulous, and the complex is impressive in a great location. Service was mostly awful, though there are exceptions. We often had to set our own table and chase grumpy waiters for drinks. The bars are too small, so the evening queues get huge. Staff looked rushed and unhappy, and drinks took forever. The walls are paper thin, you can hear every word from the room next door if you want to join their conversation. Still a great place, but bigger bars and more attentive, smiling service could make it five star.
