Royal Residences

The last time I stayed here was 2017 and I had a great time. I came back in 2021 after recommending it to my parents, sister, and family friends, and really regretted sending them here. I wish I hadn't booked a non-refundable stay for them, so they could've moved somewhere better on day one. There were only five forks for five adults and two kids. The pool never worked during their four nights there. They were told it was the condominium management's responsibility and would be fixed, but nothing changed, and I don't believe it will be fixed. The water heater couldn't supply both bathrooms properly either. One shower would go freezing cold or boiling hot while the other was in use. The place was badly worn: walls crumbling, scratched and broken sofas covered with a kitchen tablecloth, and doors that wouldn't shut unless locked. The TV listed in the booking wasn't there. They brought an old, bulky one over that same day. The air conditioning in one bedroom was broken. My parents called the property manager nearly every day, but nobody fixed it, so they had to sleep without it. My mom doesn't have enough English to write this herself, but I do, and I want people to know how bad this holiday was. Think twice before booking. Thanks for reading!
