Yaraşır Family Suite

I’ve already booked another stay for next year. I’ve been coming to Didim twice a year for four years, and I always choose the Yarasir. The apartments are spotless and finished to a high standard, and the location near the seafront and beach is great. Yener is a wonderful host, stays in touch, and is available if I need anything. Aysha comes to clean daily if needed.

We were able to check in before our scheduled time because Mr. Yener had a room ready. The apartment was very clean and well kept, and having a separate garden for each unit gave us a lot of privacy. The central location was another plus. We were three people, and it even had a dishwasher, which is unusual in apartments I’ve stayed in. I don’t quite get the complaints about soap or paper towels when Şok and Migros are only about 100 meters away. What you need from a place like this depends on your expectations, but I’d happily recommend it.

We spent six nights here as a family and really liked the clean, roomy space and how close it is to the sea. It’s a duplex apart-hotel with enough room for six people.

I stayed eight nights, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. The sheets and pillowcases were disgusting. There were just two toilets and a single tissue, with no soap or shampoo, and I’m not even counting those as the main problems. The water didn’t run, there were no carpets, and they demand compensation if your belongings get damaged, yet don’t check the room when handing it over. Calling it a “family suite” gives the wrong impression. I could write a whole novel about the rest, but it’s not worth it. Don’t dismiss reviews by saying real ones are five stars. Apologize, provide proper service, and say you’ll fix the mistakes. An apology is a virtue. And as for the reply to my review, learn some basic business sense before running this place. I’ve never written a more genuine review, and telling people not to waste their money and to go elsewhere still stands.
