The place feels like a 2 star hotel, not the 4 stars mistakenly shown. The room looked simple but was clean. In Room 104, the toilet smelled bad, water was leaking, the seat wasn't clean, and the siphon wasn't working properly. I called reception to ask for a different room. The toilet in the replacement room was better, but there was no soap and the shower handle was broken. With nothing nearby, I tried having lunch at the hotel restaurant. It was clean, but the fish I ordered was still red inside and not properly cooked, so I left. The location is almost right by the sea and the people are friendly, but I think management is at fault for not caring about service.
