Snow kept me from leaving when my reservation ended, and Halil made extending my stay easy and straightforward. I had been at Sur Palace Hotel over New Years, and the clean, well-appointed room had everything working as expected. Gamze's breakfast was delicious and filling, especially compared with breakfasts at other hotels. She was wonderful at breakfast, and Halil at the front desk helped me feel welcome in Diyarbakir. A lot of the staff didn't speak English, but they were happy to communicate with translation and hand signs, so we never had a problem. I recommend Sur Palace for a stay in Diyarbakir and hope to visit again myself. Spas!

Ms. Gamze was especially warm and attentive, always smiling and ready when we needed something. Mr. Ahmet at reception patiently answered our questions and made check-in and checkout very quick. The location is fantastic, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was much more varied and high quality than we expected. We definitely recommend it, and we'll choose it again when we return. Thank you!

Ms. Gamze deserves special thanks for the breakfast service. She was so polite and cheerful, and made sure we had everything we needed, which got each morning off to a great start. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The room was quiet and clean, and the customer service was great. Breakfast was exceptional, better than at many other hotels I've stayed at in Turkiye. It's a great hotel right in the heart of Diyarbakir. My only regret is not having stayed longer to explore more.
