The staff were what impressed me most: friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel valued. The hotel is in a convenient location, with a relaxing atmosphere, and the service exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay at Balkan Palace Hotel and would definitely come back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

I can’t understand why this is listed as a 1-star hotel. It easily matches the 3-star places I’ve stayed in recently. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and well equipped, and breakfast was quite good. Secure parking is available too. I highly recommend it.
