We got to the hotel around 11 PM after driving for 17 hours. All we needed was a shower and a clean, comfortable bed, but we had to ask them to change the bed linens as soon as we arrived. The toilet still had urine stains and hair that needed cleaning. There was a wedding that night, with loud music going until about 1 AM. Then at 8 AM, people were talking loudly right outside our door, so we couldn’t sleep in. I didn’t feel comfortable using the towels either, so I couldn’t even shower. I don’t think we’ll stay here again.

There was barely any street parking when we arrived. Although we’d reserved something else, we were given a basement room without a balcony. Our apartment had a small kitchen with only a fridge and no other appliances, so we didn’t cook at all. It had a double bed in one room, while in the other room we had to sleep on the sofa. The pillowcases and blankets also seemed like they hadn’t been changed or washed. I’d only consider this a place to spend one night.

The rooms are in the basement, but that wasn’t mentioned during booking. They wanted extra tax for a normal room, which felt like blackmail. There were no bath accessories, not enough towels, and no kitchen equipment such as a hot plate. The walls had mold and moisture damage. The attitude was bad, and I felt cheated. Nobody seemed to speak even a word of another language. It’s much overrated, and I totally don’t recommend it. Enjoy!

The furniture quality is only middling, but the place was clean, quiet, and economical. The family room even has a kitchen. I’d recommend it for a two night stay.

It’s a nice hotel in a peaceful area, with comfortable beds and a great balcony. The shower was too small for my liking. Thank you!
