My girlfriend and I had a weekend here and really enjoyed it. The service was excellent, the rooms were great, and the prices were more than fair. There’s a mall about a 7-10 minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you can get a discounted room rate.

The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful, and I’m grateful to all of them, especially Pınar. The rooms have everything you need, with the air conditioning and bathroom well thought out. It’s a new hotel in a great location, and a good place to visit with family or on your own. I’d recommend it to anyone. Thank you all for your work.

We spent two nights here and found it very comfortable, with a nice, roomy bedroom. Check-in took a while because they were changing the key locks, and speaking with reception also took some time. The room had a fridge, two small bottles of water, tea, and Nescafé, but no plates or cutlery. Shampoo and soap were provided in the shower. The blinds on all the windows were useful for blocking the hot sun in the daytime and outside lights at night. Breakfast included greens, cheese, sausage, börek, and jam. Our room wasn’t made up during our two-night stay, though maybe that happens for longer stays.

The room was the best part for space: about 36 square meters, with a balcony, a large double bed and a thick mattress. There were two bedside chests, a desk and chair, a TV, and a fridge with a freezer. Nothing fancy like a minibar, just two small waters on the desk. One bedside table had a lamp. The balcony door and bathroom window had mosquito screens, and the horizontal aluminum blinds were handy. Hot water was consistently hot, and the shower cabin was spacious. The hotel is fairly central, near Trakya University’s Ayşekadın Campus and opposite the Edirne Gendarmerie headquarters. Breakfast tasted fresh and good, but was the same every day. There were quite a few upkeep issues. Wallpaper was peeling, torn, swollen, or scratched in many places. The corner under the sink looked very dirty and dull, as if the marble or imitation marble had lost its shine and turned cement-like. There were black extension cords at the TV desk and one bedside table that looked horrible and spoiled the room’s design. The bathroom felt cramped compared with the main room. The toilet was almost against the shower cabin, and standing up, I nearly hit the cabin window. Its wooden floor wasn’t watertight, so shower water ran out in three or four places and formed puddles. Shampoo and body gel came in plastic containers in the cabin, with liquid soap in another one by the sink. The hair dryer’s cord was short, so you had to stand close to the wall. The windows and balcony door didn’t shut properly. Since the street was busy, outside noise came through constantly and bothered us, especially at night. The entrance door also left gaps at the side and underneath, letting hallway light and noise in. The room was dusty from the start, both on the furniture and in the bathroom. I stayed five days, and staff never came to clean unless we asked for toilet paper, fresh towels, or shower gel refills. They came twice for those requests, otherwise not at all.
