We stayed four nights as a family. I had looked at several hotels nearby, but this one stood out to me for the resort's design and concept. The rooms were in very good condition, the outdoor pool was spotless, and breakfast had a good variety of fresh food. The value for the price was very good too. The staff were nice, though they don't speak English, which is an old problem in Turkey. Mrs. Duygu, the owner, helped us from the first evening when we checked in. She was very welcoming, kind, and extremely helpful. The massage ladies also speak English. I recommend it for a good stay, and we'll definitely come back.

Melek gave me the best massage I've ever had. Her hands seemed to find exactly where I was tense and ease it. I've had plenty of massages, but none came close. I left deeply relaxed and refreshed, almost like a new person. Her technique, intuition, and warm energy made the experience feel world-class. I can't recommend her enough.

The staff and boss were nice, and some of the food was good, though they kept reheating it day after day to serve again. The hotel itself was mostly a mess. The pool, rooms, and windows weren't very clean, and there were wasp nests at the corners of every building. We had to ask several times for our room to be cleaned. On the first morning after we arrived, they came while we were there; we said we were about to go out, but they didn't come back to clean afterward. There were also lots of dogs and cats they feed, which was nice.

The facilities were magnificent, with a thermal pool, sauna, hamam and more. The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place.

We were traveling nearby and picked this hotel for its good reviews and convenient location. The building is lovely, service was efficient, and our room was very clean. We visited during the COVID-19 period, so the thermal bath was unavailable to us, but we still had a great experience.
