We stayed from May 19th to 22nd, picking a quiet stretch before the holiday. The place has a private kitchen area for guests who book without breakfast, so you can make your own. There’s also barbecue equipment if you bring your own ingredients. Eda Hanım helped us enjoy a coffee after we arrived, even though our 2-year-old daughter wouldn’t sit still. We really appreciated her kindness, and the whole staff had warm, friendly faces. Volkan Bey is a wonderful person to talk with, and both he and Eda Hanım make you feel at home. They’re so welcoming, you can treat the place as your own. I could say much more about the owners, but words fail me. Maybe you’re playing backgammon right now! 😀

The garden and peaceful atmosphere are lovely, and the sea is close, with access to the beach through an underpass. The room has its own numbered kitchenette with a stove and all the cookware you need, so you can make and eat whatever you like. In hindsight, I might have been better off preparing breakfast myself, since the portion was small. We were also unhappy with the breakfast discussion, as we couldn’t even get a breakfast plate for our child for the price we paid. I’ve had similar unpleasant experiences at boutique hotels where breakfast is free, and it upset me, especially since my child loves the bungalow house and that’s why we came. Ms. Eda and her husband were friendly and communicative, and tried to sort out the problem. The glass doors in the rooms weren’t very comfortable, and could use a solution. Without mosquito nets, we had to keep the doors open.

We left very satisfied after staying the first two days of the holiday. The room was spotless, and the garden is so lovely you could spend the whole day there. It’s also close to all the main tourist spots around here. They provide barbecue and grill equipment, so you can bring your own food and cook it. Thanks again for the friendly service and attention.
