I only ate at the restaurant. The setting and location are nice, though I expected more Mediterranean food and found mostly hamburger-style options.

Honestly, stay away. There's no mini fridge in the room, and I won't even get into the delayed check-in or the breakfast.

The staff deserve a lot of credit. They stay attentive, polite, and quick even when it's busy, and their warmth reflects the care put into running the place. The owner and manager have built a really well-organized operation, and their vision and professionalism show throughout. Mare Monte feels far above the usual in its service, atmosphere, and hospitality. It's become a favorite of mine, and I'll happily recommend it to everyone. Thanks for all the effort and smiles, and wishing the whole team continued success 🙏🌺

We were made to feel very welcome and had such a pleasant time. The owners are warm and friendly, and there's a lovely energy here that's worth discovering. Sitting with a drink while the sea breeze comes through is especially relaxing. I'd definitely give it a try. Thanks again!

We hadn't been happy with our earlier visit, but the new owners have renovated the rooms, garden, and bistro. Service is excellent now. The sea view at sunset makes it a great place to spend an evening with family. Recommended.
