Alis Pension

The family here made our one-night stop on the way back to Ankara feel really welcoming. They speak English well, were helpful, and we had a nice chat over a generous breakfast. The rooms are compact but new and clean, and the upstairs terrace is a lovely place to hang out with your travel companions. I hope to come back in summer and stay longer.

The lake is right there when you wake up, what a view. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was both filling and really nice. The hosts were welcoming and helpful too. I’d happily come back! 🙏🇹🇷❤️

Egirdir is such a relaxed place, with a beautiful landscape and plenty to do. We really enjoyed staying at this pension. The owner and her family made us feel welcome, and breakfast was fresh and delicious.

I stayed for 9 days and loved getting to live like a local. The pension is in a great spot on the ada, on the Eğirdir lake peninsula, with easy access for exploring, swimming, and watching the sun or moon rise and set. The dolmuş stops right across from the pension every 30-45 minutes, and there's also a pretty walk to the village centre. The family running it are lovely. Abla Birsen speaks very good English and is positive, friendly, and helpful. It's a basic place with two floors and, I think, six rooms, but everything was super clean. Fresh homemade breakfast and a very reasonable price. Mark it on your map, you won't regret it.
