We were on the sixth floor for two nights and had no internet. We told the reception staff several times, but nothing was done to help. Wi-Fi worked on the lower floors, yet they didn't offer to move us there. I was really disappointed and wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

The reception team were very friendly, and there was a parking lot, which was useful. Breakfast and internet speed were acceptable. Room sizes vary. I only stayed one night, though.

The hotel is right in the city center, with what you need nearby, and the dining area was large and very clean. Staff were careful and polite, and seemed to know their jobs. Our bed was clean and really comfortable, the shower was hot, and the room had its own air conditioning and an iron with an ironing board. The food portions were very small, though. We had a good stay and good memories. Thanks to SSC tour for hosting us here. Recommended.

The location is in a busy area, within walking distance of lots of shopping. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was great. Staff were helpful. There was also valet parking at no charge, they took my car and brought it back when I checked out. I noticed no downsides.

We paid in advance for breakfast when we booked the king family suite, but breakfast was being given to everyone without checking room numbers, so it seemed we paid for something offered free anyway. The room didn't match its description, the air conditioner didn't cool properly and it got warm, and the towels smelled bad. The slippers looked reused, and the bathtub was stained (see picture). Staff didn't speak English and couldn't resolve problems. They seemed not to care about guests.
