Guven Pansiyon

I stayed for about a month and left very satisfied. It’s clean, safe, and suitable for families. The price is among the most affordable for guesthouses in Elazığ, yet compared with others it’s a very good place, almost like a hotel. I recommend it.

My wife and I spent 12 days here and felt right at home. The place was clean as it appears in the photos, and the staff were attentive. Mr. Habib was particularly friendly and helpful, sorting out what we needed quickly and efficiently. We thank him and would definitely recommend staying here.

Cheap, and away from the city crowds, but I wouldn’t call this suitable for families. The comments led us to expect otherwise, yet it was worse than student housing. The old room furnishings looked clean at first, but weren’t. We couldn’t sleep because the pillows smelled of cigarettes, the sheets were stained, and even the towels were mediocre. The bathroom and WC were mediocre too, with a damp smell. This was the worst hostel I’ve stayed in.

The location is convenient, away from city noise but near the main road and easy to reach. Staff are warm and attentive, and they try to take care of what you need. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and there’s hot water for showers. It’s a clean place, though some upkeep is needed. Since it’s newly opened, there are a few gaps: some bathroom lights don’t work, the toilets need cleaning, and the bathrooms really need a full overhaul.
