I lived here for two years and was very satisfied. It’s very clean, and the reception staff are friendly and available at any hour, day or night. I recommend it to everyone.

It was freezing in the rooms, and they were filthy. There wasn’t even a shower head, the pillows hadn’t been put away, and toilet paper was still there. Absolutely don’t go here. I can’t recommend it.

I stay here every time I visit Elazığ. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable staying here for either a business trip or a family visit.
