The hotel was easy to reach by bus from Istanbul, and the train station is a 10-minute minibus ride away. Minibuses to Erdek center leave from just behind the hotel and take about 10 minutes. The sea is directly across the road and spotlessly clean. The pool works well for children and people who can’t swim, with lifeguard Furkan Bey always on duty. My friend and I had a lovely, restful four-day holiday. The meals were all delicious, and we’re especially grateful for the warm welcome and care from Peri Hanım, Buket Hanım, Yalçın Bey, Furkan Bey, Sena Hanım, and Nehir Hanım, along with the rest of the staff. The hotel sits right beside the sea, and the seagrass meadow across from it is one of the cleanest in the area. The hotel was clean overall, and the staff were warm and attentive, even friendlier than the owners. Special thanks to Chef Halil, lifeguard Ali, and receptionist Peri. There was usually only one main course to choose from, though the appetizers, salads, and desserts offered more variety and were generally tasty. Hotel food and drinks also tended to cost more than at similar places nearby. We weren’t happy with the bed because it was very uncomfortable, but we didn’t make a big deal of it. Ms. Buket said she could have changed it if we’d mentioned it earlier.

The hotel was clean throughout, from the rooms to the pool, and a couple of friendly staff members helped make our stay pleasant. Mr. Kasım was especially kind and took good care of us. Food wasn’t what we’d hoped for: there was only one dish, and we didn’t enjoy the taste. There wasn’t entertainment at the hotel or nearby either, so spending the evenings at the hotel wouldn’t be very practical.

The garden was lovely, and I stayed out there until one in the morning. The pool and the hotel’s own beach were great, with comfortable loungers, though the pool closed a little early. The lifeguard was very attentive and quick to act. He even jumped in to rescue a woman who was at risk of drowning. The staff were respectful, the room towels, beds, and pillows were clean, the bathroom was adequate, and the air conditioning worked well. The internet didn’t work in the rooms or garden. The buffet was nice and the appetizers were good, but they were the same every day. Main-course choices were limited compared with the meatballs, chicken, and grilled dishes other hotels serve. I got tired of the repeated appetizers and desserts. Beer and energy drinks were expensive.
