The repeated calls from the person handling our reservation were really annoying and unprofessional. A few calls would've been enough. The rooms were much smaller and less comfortable than they looked in the photos, and cleanliness was seriously lacking. They were unacceptably unhygienic. The food was extremely poor and tasteless. We didn't get our money's worth and were disappointed throughout our stay. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

We'd already checked out the night before and didn't attend breakfast. It's not a government office, after all. Our package included breakfast and dinner, but drinks weren't included with meals. When we asked for the drinks, we were charged extra, and nobody mentioned the charges before we left. Then they called afterward as if we'd run away without paying. That kind of “take advantage of whoever you can” attitude is unacceptable.

1. The receptionist was extraordinarily rude. 2. The rooms were incredibly bad. 3. The food was inedible. 4. And then there were the ridiculous calls demanding that we leave the room before the scheduled time.

Mr. Murat was especially friendly, cheerful, and attentive, and the hotel staff overall were nice. The room, though, was poorly cleaned from the moment we arrived. We had to ask for toilet paper, and water was leaking from the sink tap.
