Zeyve Lavanta Tatil Köyü

That dawn walk by the stream was the highlight for me. It's about 200 meters away, and the birdsong was incredibly intense, with different nightingales all around. The water was so relaxing to listen to. We only stayed one night, and something about the place still felt a little off, though it's a lovely spot for a family stay, waking up to birds. The concept is great, and the local people, the Anatolian people, are really caring, hospitable, and helpful. The bungalow interiors, especially the sinks and bathrooms, could use renovation. You can also bring your own tent and camp for a fee, with a toilet and bathroom available at the campsite.

The only real downside for me was the flies. I visited in the first week of August during very hot weather, so I'd plan around the forecast. Otherwise, it's a lovely place. The rooms are roomy and at a good height, not stuffy, with air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a small kitchenette, so you can bring food. WiFi is pretty good, and there are play areas for kids. The staff are friendly, especially the owners, and Zeyve market is just a two-minute walk away.

Breakfast was a 9 out of 10 for us, especially the fresh, warm pita, and it's good value. At night the place feels bright and peaceful, and you can sit on the front veranda with tea and the sound of flowing water. The bungalows are in the green Taurus Mountains, with very clean rooms and amenities including air conditioning, LED TV, towels, a hairdryer, kettle, minibar, and a small kitchenette. Parking behind your bungalow was easy. Kids can play in the dirt and use the park, while the roosters and little chickens make the morning fun. Ms. Ayşe was attentive, and we appreciated her care.

The famous Zeyve market is right nearby, only 200 meters away, which is a big plus. The grounds are spacious enough for picnics or pitching a tent, though I wish there were more trees and greenery, and it feels a bit neglected right now. There are 15 bungalows, each with a double bed for two, and floor mattresses are provided for children. Ms. Ayşe, the owner, is helpful and attentive. Prices are 200 TL for two people with breakfast, or 30 TL per night to pitch a tent.
