The reception staff on both the night and morning shifts were kind, quick, and conscientious, and everyone was very hospitable. Breakfast was excellent, especially the delicious lentil soup. The hotel is near a crossroads, but with the windows shut, no noise gets into the room, and the windows seem to do a good job. There were a couple of things missing in the room: no tissues and no trash bin. When I asked for tissues, they brought toilet paper. They had disposable paper for the cups, spoons, and forks, but the waiters put those items directly on the table.

The waitress was the one bright spot, really kind and attentive. Otherwise, the food was poor and cheap, the coffee was disgusting, and the prices were high. The air conditioning didn't work either. It may look good, but inside is another story. I can't understand how this place got almost five stars. It isn't worth even half a star.

The room had a really bad smell, and the restaurant served cheap food. The receptionists weren't helpful. I won't come back.

There's a great cafe right below the hotel, and breakfast was decent. The place is neat, with polite staff and a good view. It even has AC, which isn't common in Turkey Otels. For 150TL, I had a pleasant stay.

We drove an hour to get there, only to be told that dogs weren't allowed. Their website says dogs are welcome and even advertises free pet sitting. I showed the staff member the website, and he said he'd tell his manager. That wasn't much help after the drive.
