We booked three rooms for New Year's Eve, and every one was just as bad. The cleanliness didn't match the photos at all. It was -7 degrees Celsius, and we froze in the rooms, with only a small radiator giving off any warmth and no air conditioning. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the toilet brush had no handle. In winter, don't expect a proper shower: there was no hot water, just lukewarm water for washing your face, coming from a broken shower head. Avoid this place unless you're truly desperate.

The hotel is centrally located, but unfortunately I can't recommend it. We checked in at night, and the room was freezing, the floors felt sticky, and there were hairs on the sheets. A clean bed is the most basic thing to expect, and even that wasn't acceptable. When we told the staff the room was cold, they offered blankets. It made me wonder why we were paying for a hotel if we could just sleep in the car.

We should have checked the reviews before coming. The room was cold, the floor sticky, and the sheets dirty. There was only a Ley bulb for lighting. The bathroom was so cramped that when you lean over the sink to wash your face, the shower glass hits you from behind. Don't make the same mistake we did.

My wife and I stayed one night a week ago, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. The floor was sticky underfoot and the sheets were stained when we arrived. We asked for clean ones, but were told the stains were permanent and wouldn't come out; they did change them later. The room was also freezing. In the morning they said they'd turn on the heater, but by evening it was still off. When we asked again, they said it was on, yet the radiators were cold. We called back to say they weren't working, but they brushed us off, saying it worked in other rooms and there was no problem. It stayed freezing until morning.
