I’m Korean, and this was my first time traveling alone in Turkey, so I was pretty worried. I can’t speak Turkish, but Mert spoke English and really tried to help me with everything. The breakfast was great, especially the omelette, which was so good! Espark, a big department store, is nearby too, so you can go shopping close by. If you don’t speak Turkish, don’t worry, Mert will help you. In one word, this hotel is perfect for a comfortable stay. I strongly recommend it to Korean people too!!

Since the hotel changed management, the service has felt very indifferent. The rooms aren’t well maintained, and reservations aren’t handled properly. You could even arrive with a reservation and find that they can’t give you a room.

Everything was spotless and well looked after, from the hotel itself to the rooms. The location was good, and the staff were helpful and very polite. Incredible value for the money.

The rooms are really nice and the staff are very friendly. Too bad the WiFi is so, so slow.
