Ece Saray Marina & Resort - Special Class

We were a family of five and stayed for two nights. When I called, the woman quoted €80 a night. I mentioned I was on a budget, and she offered €50 for a room without a marina view, which I accepted. The reception is cozy, and the guy there was really nice and spoke fluent English. Our room was lovely, with a double bed in one room and a lounge next door with a big sofa bed and an extra fold-up bed. My three kids had a great time. The lounge also had a full kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dining table, utensils, and dishes. Most of all, everything was very clean. There's no elevator or bellboy, so getting the bags to the room takes a little extra effort, but it's worth it. Good food spots are a 5-15 minute walk away, and comfortable shoes or a bike make that easier. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

Good day, good evening! Could you tell us if you have accommodation for two families from 14.10-15.10.25? One family is two adults and two children aged 16 and 12; the other is two adults with three children aged 16, 11, and 6. We also need a transfer from Dalaman airoport.

The harbour view from the balcony was lovely, and it was an easy walk to the old town, restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment was very clean and welcoming, and I’d happily recommend it. We spent two nights in the suite. It has two bedrooms, but the bathroom and toilet open onto a shared space, so it really only works for a close family. The bathroom was great, with a huge rainfall shower. There’s a kettle, nice glasses, and a washing machine in the kitchenette, but no microwave.

The rooms were clean, but the power situation made our stay a nightmare. In 40c heat, our room lost electricity every day for at least five hours over four of our five days. Reception still had power, and the problem seemed limited to our room. Management never acknowledged it or apologized, and offered no discount. They were always too busy smoking out front. Parking was an absolute nightmare too, so I wouldn’t bring a car here. In response to management: I didn’t say I stayed for 40 days. I said it was 40 Celsius every day, which made having no aircon awful. The outages happened every day, not just for the three hours you claimed in your reply to minimize it. Offering a discount on a return visit is disingenuous since we’ll never come back. After four days of ongoing power cuts, which again only seemed to affect our room, there still wasn’t a single apology for the inconvenience.
