The place was nearly empty, but somehow we still got a room that wasn't clean or ready. The bathroom was filthy, with limescale all over the toilet and shower, a missing shower head, and water pouring out of the leaking cabin. The room had awful sound insulation, and the bent door lock made us struggle to get inside in the middle of the night. There was only a bedspread for winter, no duvet at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I've attached pictures.

I paid 2750 TL for one night, and the rooms were filthy. The pillow smelled so bad I tried to sleep with my t-shirt over it, and the toilet and bathroom were worse than public toilets. There were plenty of other problems too. I come to Izmir for work nearly every month and have stayed at hotels in different parts of the city, but this was the worst one I've been to. Don't be swayed by the hotel's high rating, which seems to come from reviews by people nearby.

The evening turned out nicely: the hotel staff put on music and we all danced together. At reception, a sweet lady even walked us to our room when we arrived exhausted. The air conditioning and TV both worked fine, and the room wasn't very dirty or dusty, though it could use some maintenance. The shower head was a disaster, and I think the pillows should be replaced or washed. We didn't get to use the pool, so I can't say anything about it. A few small issues aside, there weren't any major problems and it's a place I'd consider staying at.

We booked the deluxe jacuzzi room for New Year's Eve because of the hotel's website photos, but the room was very mediocre. It was filthy, the shower head and hose were broken, and after a while the jacuzzi leaked from underneath and flooded the room. The walls were damp and swollen, with water practically raining down on us. Charging 5,000-6,000 TL a night for a neglected room is no way to run a business. I couldn't wait for morning so I could leave. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
