The reception staff could use more customer service training to meet the high hospitality standard Türkiye is rightly known for. The hotel is dated and would benefit from refurbishment and better maintenance. It wasn’t very clean either.

After a long day, it was easy to relax here because the hotel was quiet and well organized. The location is convenient, close to many places, so getting around was easy. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. ayse was especially welcoming and helpful. I had a great stay at Green Park Hotel, would definitely recommend it, and would happily come back.

They told us breakfast ran until 11, but when we came down at 10:30, they said it was already over. We were left hungry. We definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

The receptionist’s manner with customers struck me as very negative. I found her behavior unprofessional and the customer service poor. If you run into the female receptionist at the front desk, be aware of my experience.

The property deserves five stars, and the service and location were excellent. The only issue was the centrally controlled room A/C, which meant I couldn’t properly adjust the temperature. For that, I’d take off one star.
