There’s real potential here: the location is great, the food is good, the rooms could be nice if they were clean, and the bar staff were lovely and efficient. But my room was filthy when I arrived. The fridge was dirty and didn't work, the door lock was broken, and I had no internet in the room during my stay. Reception staff kept brushing off my complaints. They told me more than once that the fridge wasn't supposed to be cold, even though I knew it was dead. The third fridge worked. They need to do a deep clean, take more care with housekeeping, focus more on guests, and change the reception staff.

The sunrises were stunning, and the chef makes wonderful sea bass on the charcoal grill. This charming hotel is right on the sea, and all the staff were absolutely lovely.

It's in a wonderful location right by the beach, and the employees are very friendly, especially the waiters. Highly recommend it. I'll visit again.

The first room had insects, so I had to switch rooms. The rooms are small and very hot, and the place feels like a basic motel. You can find much better in Turkey for the same price. It may be the only hotel in the world that charges extra for an espresso when breakfast is included!

A drunk man attacked me, and nobody called the police. I didn't feel safe, and I'll be taking the matter further with my solicitor.
