The breakfast spread had loads of tasty choices, and the staff were kind and polite. Our room was warm and cozy, and the shower was a real highlight. We were near the top by the breakfast area, and the room was beautiful, beyond what we expected. Everyone was welcoming, and we couldn't get enough of their adorable little dog. The hotel sits right in the heart of the park, with shops and restaurants just around the corner. For the price, that location is hard to beat. The views were breathtaking too, and we'd happily stay here again.

The staff were really kind, and breakfast was delightful. We enjoyed the Junior Suite with the blue private pool. It wasn't a thermal pool, and the water wasn't exactly warm, but it was around 27-30 degrees, so we swam for nearly two hours without getting too cold. The old furniture and wall paint made the room feel a bit dusty, though that seemed to be from the dated decor. Cleanliness was okay, but could have been better. We'd recommend the place.

The location and breakfast were both great, but the staff's friendliness and English were what stood out most. Amir and Murat were especially fun to talk with, and their humor and helpful advice about town and tours made the wait for tour and shuttle pickups feel like catching up with friends. They were professional, warm, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Wishing them both all the best for their weddings at the start of 2026. If you're enjoying beautiful Cappadocia in Cappadocia caves hotel, be sure to congratulate them!

Alex was so kind, friendly, and helpful, and his warm service made our visit even better. Cappadocia Cave Hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with a real cave feel that suited the region. Everything seemed well maintained, and the atmosphere was lovely. A great place to stay in Cappadocia. I'd come back.

I stayed here a few months back and accidentally left my glasses behind. The hotel contacted me and responsibly arranged to ship them to my country. I'm really grateful for their honesty and sense of responsibility. I loved the hotel, too: very clean and well equipped.
