Roma Cave Suite Hotel

The terrace is brilliant, breakfast was phenomenal, and the location is perfect. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. A couple of things could be improved: the standard room is so small we couldn’t even lay a suitcase flat and open, though the space could be better optimized. Turkish coffee also wasn’t included with breakfast. Still, everything else was perfect, and we’d definitely return if we visit Göreme again.

The free breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant feels cozy in winter with a great view of the surrounding area. It’s a cozy inn with rooms built into the mountainside, and the staff were very friendly and responsive.

Breakfast was the one part that felt a little underwhelming. The eggs were delicious, but the rest was just okay, nothing bad, simply not at the level of everything else. The rest of the stay was wonderful. We were upgraded to a better room when we arrived, a lovely surprise, and everything went smoothly from the start. The location is central and quiet, with easy access to the main sights in Cappadocia. The staff really stood out: communication was excellent, they replied incredibly quickly, and were warm, attentive, and eager to help. I’d forgotten to book an airport transfer, but messaged after we’d landed and they arranged it immediately, with the car on its way within minutes. They also handled every small request and question quickly and kindly. You can tell the team genuinely cares about guests. We’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Feeling cared for made all the difference.

Ismet and Hanzade made the experience even better. They were such kind, amazing waiters!
