This is one of my favorite places, and I love stopping by every year. I came looking to hear about the menu and what they recommend, and the experience was amazing. The service could be a little better, though.

The day itself was great, but we were really let down later. Around 4 or 5, we were waiting for things to pick up, expecting some kind of DJ, but one never showed. We’d paid the 200EURO minimum spend, so that was disappointing. I’d been hoping to visit for years and was so excited I was hyping my partner up on the way there. Then, wow.

We really enjoyed the breakfast each day. Everything tasted fresh and local. The rooms and the property were clean, and the whole stay went beyond what we expected. Everyone, from reception and housekeeping to the wait staff, was friendly and attentive. My one suggestion is to get proper espresso machines and train baristas, since every coffee drink was made with Nespresso.
